Life happens but please try to cancel more then 24hours before your appointment.

All pre-booked appointments are considered confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Skyler at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. This fee may be waived if you are able to reschedule the appointment within the same month, based on availability.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may require prepayment for future appointments.

Fees must be paid before being able to book their next next appointment 

While reminders are provided as a courtesy, clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointment times. I understand that true emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
